Jin Gui漢堡Jin Gui位於漢堡Tortue酒店的地下。從酒店的位置來看,客人可以一路前往這個僻靜的泛亞餐廳,探索其對歷史悠久庭院的開放性。 Jin Gui在中文裡的意思是“金色的烏龜”,在Stadthofe的全盛時期,一位法國婦女牽著她那隻罕見的烏龜在這個院子裡散步,這是一個獨特的故事。Joyce Wang通過將這位女性的特質人格化來連接室內設計,被她的才華,前衛的眼光和對表現主義的偏愛所吸引Jin Gui is located in the underbelly of the Tortue Hotel, Hamburg. By nature of the location, guests are invited along a journey as one descends into this secluded, Pan-Asian restaurant and discover its openness to a historic courtyard. Jin Gui meaning golden tortoise in Chinese, nods to the unique story of a French woman parading down this courtyard with her rare tortoise on a leash during the heyday of Stadthofe. Our Studio approached the interiors by personifying the qualities of this woman, our muse. We are captivated by her flair, eye for the avant-garde and penchant for exhibitionism.

They are led into the main dining area through ornate screens flanking either side, the open kitchen takes center stage with its theater of chefs preparing ceviche and steaming dumplings. A striking chandelier pulls together the Main Dining Area, whilst an oversized ink-stained canvas forms the backdrop of the moody interior.

Guests are able to peer into our wine jewel box from the private dining room and use it as an extension to one’s evening of entertaining.A radiating chandelier of copper detailing and crackled glass fills the room with glistening warmth. A playful ode to the larger energies at work with our planetary system and its alignment of planets and stars.

This space sets itself apart from the rest with a rhythm of overlapping copper rods, rotated towards a vanishing point and reflected by a mirror wall to create a kaleidoscopic effect, transporting diners into another world. The Spiegelsaal is in a limbo of futuristic and earthy, slick and raw, fantasy and familiar;

Sommersaal,冬季花園變成瞭夏季沙龍,可以在主餐廳的一側找到。客人可以在通風良好的環境中享用種植設施,還可以在人們觀看時享用tete-a-tete雙人沙發和豪華扶手椅。這個空間設有水磨石落地燈,銅底板和桿。藤制傢具與夏日沙龍相得益彰,具有現代主義的戶外美感。Sommersaal, the Winter Garden turned Summer Salon can be found off to the side of the main dining area. Filled with plantings, guests can enjoy intimate dining in an airy environment whilst people-watching from tete-a-tete loveseats and sumptuous armchairs. This space features terrazzo floor lamps with copper base plates and stems. Caning furniture compliments the Summer Salon with a modernist outdoor aesthetic.

Mott32 Vegas拉斯維加斯Mott32 Vegas位於拉斯維加斯大道威尼斯度假的中心地帶,展示瞭Mott32 Vegas豐富的東西方設計。天衣無縫地融合瞭兩種文化,Joyce Wang的願景是慶祝拉斯維加斯地區的享樂主義,同時向香港原始Mott32的紐約工業主義美學致敬。Located in the heart of the Venetian Resort on Las Vegas’ Strip, Joyce Wang Studio unveils the opulent, East-meets-West design of Mott32 Vegas. Seamlessly fusing the two cultures, our Studio’s vision was to celebrate the hedonism of the Vegas location whilst paying homage to the Chinese imperialism meets New York Industrialism aesthetic of the original Mott 32 in Hong Kong.

到達後,客人被主餐廳入口的電影般的設計所吸引,其懸挑的金屬鏈枝形吊燈被高高的鋼板包圍,進一步強調瞭驚人的高天花板。枝形吊燈標志著私密用餐區域的中心點。停留在香港、溫哥華和現在的Mott 32維加斯場館;吊燈的連鎖語言向香港作為一個漁村的卑微開端致敬。Upon arrival, guests are absorbed by the cinematic design of the main dining entrance with its overhung metal-chained chandelier, cocooned by the sweeping steel panels at a high level which further emphasises the dramatically high ceiling. The chandelier marks the centre point from which the intimate dining areas emanate. Suspended over the Hong Kong, Vancouver and now Mott 32 Vegas venues; the chandelier’s chain language pays tribute to Hong Kong’s humble beginnings as a fishing village.

酒吧和休息區的懸浮天篷由兩層數百根拉伸的黃銅電纜組成,並與滑輪機構上的吊燈相結合。戲劇性的結構設置瞭場景,並推動瞭主酒吧區的氛圍。 The suspended canopy at the Bar & Lounge area is made of two layers of hundreds of stretched brass cables integrated with pendant lighting on a pulley mechanism. The dramatic structure sets the scene and drives the ambiance of the main bar area.

半私密的休息室通過傳統的縞瑪瑙旋轉屏幕與“Boom Boom Room”相連,可以打開屏幕,擴大戲劇性的空間。屏幕讓Boom Boom Room充滿活力的色彩進入室內,作為半私密空間的背景,增加瞭空間的煙霧和鏡子效果。A semi-private lounge connects to the ‘Boom Boom Room’ via traditional onyx pivoting screens which can be opened up to extend the dramatic space. The screens let in the vibrant colour of the Boom Boom Room and act as a backdrop to the semi-private space, adding to the smoke and mirrors effect of the space.

These customisations include a Feather chandelier; roulette dining table; animated pin-up girl neon signs; and dining table tops covered in antique Chinese coins, all of which are bespoke designed and fabricated for Mott 32 Las Vegas.

設計師探索瞭霓虹燈,將香港和拉斯維加斯這兩座城市連接起來,超越瞭傳統標識使用的共同歷史,並以一種更加建築化、出人意料的方式重新詮釋它。霓虹燈的光芒滲透到空間中,為餐廳和酒吧區域增添瞭活力。The designers explored neon to materially bridge the two cities, Hong Kong and Vegas, experimenting beyond its shared history of traditional signage use and reinterpreting it in a more architectural, unexpected manner. The glow of the neon lights infiltrates the space and adds energy to the dining and bar areas.

ICHU秘魯這傢餐廳的名字ICHU來源於秘魯安第斯山脈的一種植物,這種植物隻能在極端條件下生長。這個名字既反映瞭Martinez對本土食材的深入瞭解,也反映瞭他對烹飪新挑戰的熱情。工作室的靈感來自秘魯風景和Martinez的烹飪風格。具有豐富的紋理材料和原始飾面,喚起秘魯不斷變化的地形和動態生態系統,鮮艷的色彩和創造性的捕捉Martinez先進的烹飪風格。The restaurant’s name ICHU derives from a plant found in the Peruvian Andes that only grows in extreme conditions. The name reflects both Martinez’s in-depth knowledge of indigenous ingredients and his passion for new culinary challenges. The Studio has drawn inspiration from Peru’s landscape and Martinez’s culinary style. Featuring richly textured materials and raw finishes to evoke Peru’s changing topography and dynamic ecosystem, the vibrant colours and inventive flourishes capture Martinez’s progressive culinary style.

餐廳被劃分成不同的部分,設計帶領客人在秘魯不同高度的旅行。主餐廳的特色是一個挖掘出的化石石細節的島嶼長椅,而不同的石板參考瞭當地的巖石結構。主餐桌是印加幾何形狀的。其廣泛的形式決定瞭空間的動態語言,而室內裝飾和挖掘細節的礦物色調增強瞭秘魯整個餐廳的原始性。階梯式的木材天花板向秘魯起伏和戲劇性的地形特征致敬。 The restaurant is divided into distinct sections and the design takes guests on a journey through Peru’s varying altitudes. The main dining room features an island banquette with excavated fossil stone detail while different slate titles reference indigenous rock formations. The main dining banquette is of Incan geometry. Its sweeping forms dictate the dynamic language of the space, whilst the mineral palette of upholstery and excavated detail amplifies the rawness of Peru throughout the restaurant. The stepped timber ceiling pays tribute to the undulating and dramatic topography characteristic of Peru.

藝術表現是餐廳敘事層次中不可或缺的元素。Joyce Wang設想通過客人的揭秘和發現獨特的紋理和手工寶石來講述地形和景觀的故事。同時委托當地的一位藝術傢創作超大號的有機形狀的地層板塊,靈感來自秘魯極端海拔地區的礦物和最原始的巖層。Artwork representation was an integral element in layering the narrative of the restaurant. We envision the story of terrain and landscape told through the guests’ unveiling and discovery of unique textures and artisanal gems. We have commissioned a local artist to create over-sized organically shaped strata plates, inspired by the minerals and rawest rock formation found in the extreme altitudes in Peru.
